Quickly Core
Interactive E-learning for students, parents and educators.
I have been putting together the bones of this site since April '25, and am ready to include my first activity and invite my first users. Thanks for being here! This activity wasn't part of the plan, but it's a nice surprise. It was created in Desmos as a fun way for my 4-yr-old to learn my phone number and my wife's phone number in case of an emergency. I now understand this is a learning goal for his Pre-K classroom as well, and could be useful to educators. You can use it without an account, but an account will allow you to save presets for each student.
Featured activities
Upcoming:
- Educator Tool: Math Paper Demo (write math beautifully and efficiently with the help of MathQuill and a homemade virtual keyboard)
- Student Tool: Interactive algebra tiles and factoring puzzles (8th and 9th grade)
- Character progress stats aligned to CCSS math standards
- Student Activity: Introduction to ratios (6th grade)
You may notice that my current projects are geared toward middle-school math. This is not a coincidence, as I have a decade of experience as a middle-school math teacher and continue to be passionate about teaching math. Desmos Studios' graphing calculator will be integrated into almost everything I create here, and MathQuill will help write formulas. I anticipate creating useful activities for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math with the tools I've pulled together here, but my first focus will certainly be math. Please come see my progress whenever you get the chance. Good luck, have fun!
